The Almanor Recreation and Park District (ARPD) is looking for passionate individuals to join our board and help shape the future of recreation in our community. As an unfunded special district, ARPD relies on fundraising events and community support to maintain our facilities and run vital programs.

Our efforts support:

• Maintenance of the community ball field
• Youth Soccer and Little League programs
• Community events like the Mile High Century Ride, Poker Paddle, and the July 4th Fun Run

We are currently seeking board members interested in:

• Coordinating Little League and Youth Soccer
• Supporting event planning and execution
• Serving as Treasurer
• Developing new recreational programs and opportunities

This is a great chance to give back, build community spirit, and help create lasting experiences for local families.
